Buford's Smokehouse in Gulf Shores, Alabama is an all-new barbecue restaurant for great Southern-style BBQ take-out. Cooking in our BBQ smokehouse daily, we offer chicken, ribs and pulled pork. Buford himself built an impressive smoker....it's a great big cast iron capsule that delivers up the finest smoked meats you'll eat. We use locally-sourced pecan wood for a tender, mildly smoky flavor that isn't overpowering. Mama Lynn's been busy with new recipes to please you on the side....try our coleslaw, which is full of cucumbers and vinegar for the best sloppy barbecue sandwich ever. Her loaded baked potato salad will keep you coming back for more, and her baked beans and banana pudding will have you singing our praises to everyone you meet.
